Basic Studio Bio

Welcome to The Pharm

Where we are not just a studio, we are a community.

The Pharm was created as a space to build connection, support, and collaboration; and to nurture not only Individual wellness but health for our entire community.

Our weekly classes offer a variety of styles of movement and mindfulness practices.

Whether you are looking for the slow and nourishing stillness of a Yin or Deep Stretch class, the mindful and meditative flow of a Yoga class, or the energizing and strengthening power of a Pilates or Barre class; The Pharm offers a plethora of options to choose from.

We also offer several unique classes created to support specific community groups; allowing them to explore wellness in spaces cultivated for them by members of their own community.  Some of these include Yoga for Larger Bodies, Queer Yoga, and Yoga en Español.

Beyond our weekly classes; we remain connected to our community through offerings of educational workshops, free community events, and supportive resources for local organizations.

Our small studio retail space, The Pharmacy, also offers socially conscious apparel ranging in sizes from XS-6XL and other unique wellness items.

The Pharm is located conveniently on Main Street in Midtown Ventura, California and is fully accessible for our students using mobility aids.
